How to get your order?
Free In-store Pick-up
If you live in Cairns or Townsville, you can choose In-Store Pick Up at checkout, free of charge. You’ll receive an email once your order is ready to collect. We aim to have orders ready within 24 hours of purchase.
Standard Shipping (Excludes bulky/oversized items)
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. Most products ship from our Cairns store. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. We aim to pack and ship orders within 1–3 business days.*
*Please note: Orders placed during sales or peak periods may require longer processing times.
Estimated delivery times:
- Queensland (local/regional): 2–7 business days from dispatch
- Interstate (other states): 3–10 business days from dispatch
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Big Asia Supermarket.
- Change of mind: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for change of mind on food or perishable items.
- Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund.
- Proof required: Please provide your receipt and, if possible, a photo of the issue to help us process your return quickly.
- Exclusions: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially consumed products.
